Atiende
Enquiries come in from an ad at any hour, and what's a good client for one firm isn't for another.
Answered instantly and filtered by your criteria.
With Atiende no enquiry waits: Sía answers on WhatsApp, asks the questions your firm has defined, applies your scoring and books the call with your adviser when the contact fits.
How it works
Sía opens every conversation by saying it's an AI assistant. It asks the five or six questions your firm has defined, answers queries using the information you've given it and applies your scoring. If the contact fits, it proposes a time from the adviser's real calendar and leaves them the summary of everything discussed. If it's not their moment yet, they move to follow-up in the CRM and stay there until they come back. And if the client asks, or the conversation goes somewhere unexpected, it hands over to a person.

What it does Atiende
You define the scoring
The five or six questions that really matter to your firm, what each answer scores and from what score a call gets booked: you decide, not us. Two firms can receive the same contact and treat it differently, because each one knows which deal it can actually close.
Replies within the first minute, day or night
Mainly on WhatsApp, and also in your website chat and by phone, with the same conversation across all three. At eleven at night, on a weekend or in August, whoever just saw your ad gets an answer.
A conversation, not a form
It asks like a person would, one thing after another, and leaves room for whatever the client wants to say. Most of them come because their usual bank couldn't help them: they get heard before they get scored.
What it usually asks before scoring
Income and job stability, savings for the deposit and costs, the property's price and type, whether they've already found a home and how things went with their bank. You adjust the list; this is what most firms end up asking.
Any figures it gives are indicative
When the conversation calls for an approximate monthly payment or how it compares with income, it's worked out using the criteria most commonly applied: a payment that usually sits between 35% and 40% of net income and one or two years in the same job. It says plainly that this is an indicative estimate and that each lender sets its own criteria, never an offer or an approval.
The most common goal: the booked call
If the contact reaches your score, Sía offers slots that genuinely exist in the adviser's diary, confirms the time and sends a reminder. The adviser walks in with the summary of everything discussed and the filtering already done.
Whoever doesn't reach the score isn't dropped
Anyone still house hunting or still thinking it over moves to follow-up in the CRM with everything they've already shared. They don't get burned with an early sales call: they get supported until it's their moment.
The paperwork, requested over the same WhatsApp thread
For applicants moving forward, it asks for the usual documents and explains what each one is for: recent payslips, tax return, employment history and proof of available savings. If the client is self-employed, their quarterly tax filings too. Whatever they send arrives already filed, and what comes later, the nota simple (the Land Registry extract) and the valuation, is requested only when it’s actually needed, not on day one.
Hands over to a person when the client asks
If they ask, if the case has rough edges or if the conversation stalls, Sía alerts the team and hands over. The person picks it up by reading, not by asking the same questions again.
Speaks the client's language
It detects the language of the first message and keeps the whole conversation in it. The summary reaches the adviser in the firm's own language.
Always says it's an AI
Sía introduces itself as an AI assistant at the start and repeats it if asked, as required by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). It never passes itself off as a person from the firm.
Next step
Atiende answers. with your questions and your scoring; if they fit, it books the call.
